Jamie enjoys working with people and brings a combination of education and experience to the ShelfGenie Team. Jamie is a small town girl where the town slogan is “Welcome to Welcome, a friendly place.” She is a 2002 graduate of UNC Greensboro with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies. Jamie moved to Charleston, SC in 2004 after working on the road with a NASCAR marketing company. While living there she earned a certification in Interior Design. In 2017 she expanded her horizons by becoming a licensed real estate agent in Greenville, SC. In 2020 Jamie returned to her roots wanting to make a difference, which brought her to become a ShelfGenie Designer. Jamie is excellent at “turning frustrations into enjoyment.” through the ShelfGenie experience. There are no problems, only solutions.

Joe Moreira is a seasoned entrepreneur and skilled tradesman with over 13 years of experience in the golf course industry and a proven track record of successful business ownership. Beginning his entrepreneurial journey at just 15 years old with a lawn mowing business, Joe has demonstrated exceptional business acumen and technical expertise throughout his career. His attention to detail and problem-solving abilities have established him as a trusted professional in his community. Joe holds an Associate of Science degree in Automotive Technology and is currently completing his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. With a client-focused approach and entrepreneurial mindset, Joe continues to build on his record of success while expanding his knowledge and capabilities in business management and specialized trade services.

Gustavo Garza began his professional journey with formal education in machining, developing a strong foundation in precision work and technical craftsmanship. This early training instilled in him an eye for detail and quality that would define his later career. Gustavo found a calling in the construction industry, where he has built an impressive 25-year career as a drywall specialist. Over the past two and a half decades, he has mastered all aspects of drywall installation, finishing, and repair, becoming a respected expert in his field. Gustavo's extensive experience encompasses residential and commercial projects of all sizes. His technical background as a trained machinist has given him a unique advantage in understanding structural precision and quality craftsmanship that translates directly to his drywall expertise. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Gustavo has established himself as a trusted professional in the construction industry.

Phil has always been curious about how things work. Whether it was his toys as a child, or his Mustangs as a teen, he has always been curious about the mechanics of the things he loves. Since then, his passion for process thinking has led him into careers in injection molding, as a manufacturing maintenance supervisor, and plant engineer. Phil has held positions as a plant safety coordinator and trainer for several companies. He presently is a contract maintenance support liaison for several manufacturers. With over 30 years of maintenance experience, Phil is a highly-skilled, multi-trade journeyman; more than just a handyman! No matter if it is industrial, commercial, or a residential project, Phil has a solution for you. Phil enjoys spending time with his two daughters and granddaughter and in his spare time, is an avid tennis player!
