Both Joseph and Jon were so personable and knowledgable. The product itself is a dream and has helped us save so much money by not having to move to a bigger home by better utilizing our existing space. We had an extensive number of shelves installed and we are so impressed with how the feel of our home has just transformed and we feel lighter. It's so much easier now to keep our counters clean and keep our lives organized given how every item now has a home. Within a few hours of contacting Joseph he was at my home redesigning the cupboards and personally making sure everything happened in a timely manner despite some initial hiccups. The installer, Jon, was a delight to have in our home for 2 days as he patiently and expertly installed nearly 40 shelves. He managed to work through having our energetic and curious toddler "assisting" and even bought him what is now his favourite toy to keep him occupied during the install! The Shelf Genie product is a necessity in everyone's home, but more importantly, Joseph and Jon are very professional and kind people to deal with thereby making the whole experience flawless.

In several homes we owned prior to this one, we had the glide-outs installed when we built. This is a home we bought from someone else. I felt lost because I couldn't seem to get my kitchen supplies and utensils organized. Now with the glide-out shelves in all my cabinets, it makes finding everything a breeze. I couldn't be happier with them. I also have to give a word of praise to the employees. Everyone was so nice - from the people who took the order, the measurer, and to the installer.
