Jenny has been organizing all her life. In 2007, she decided to start her own business as a Professional Organizer. As a Professional Organizer, she serves her clients with integrity, competence and objectivity, and will treat them with respect and courtesy. She has a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). Laura Richter has been designing custom shelving solutions with ShelfGenie for over 7 years and loves improving accessibility and organization for her customers. She lives in Hartland with her husband and two boys and enjoys walking her dog, birding in her backyard, and biking on the bugline.

Richard Taft is a Certified Designer with ShelfGenie of Milwaukee since 2021. He started as a professional organizer, founding EClutter, LLC in 2008, serving Southeastern Wisconsin. His passion is to help his clients regain control over their stuff, time, and money with sustainable organizing solutions. Richard worked in all areas of the home with a preference for kitchens. Richard is a lifelong Wisconsin resident living in Cedarburg with his wife and daughter. He spends his time enjoying geology, gardening, cooking, and the outdoors.

Ken comes to ShelfGenie after years of Home Improvement and Management experience. When not at work Ken is always cheering on the Brewers, Badgers and Packers. Ken and his wife Liz also enjoy spending time at their cabin in Northern Wisconsin.

Brent has always had a passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service and is excited about providing functional organized kitchens, closets, and bathrooms.
