Jeff Yoder
Owner & Designer
Jeff joined the ShelfGenie team after 20 years of working in various roles as a Federal Gov’t contractor. Originally from Ohio and graduate of Kent State University, he was looking for a new opportunity when he discovered ShelfGenie the day after having issues with his own kitchen’s shelves. When he realized the opportunity was there to become a ShelfGenie franchisee, he quickly jumped on board and is excited to introduce you to all of ShelfGenie’s solutions that will bring better access, storage, and organization to your everyday life. Jeff currently lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife and two children. He enjoys watching his kids play sports, hanging out with them in their backyard swimming pool, and watching way too many HGTV and DIY home improvement shows. Jeff and his experienced team are excited to help work with you to create custom solutions for your home. -
Lyn Gooden
Designer
I grew up in a home where Tupperware was stacked in a cupboard, finding each accompanying lid was a coup (since it was likely buried in the back), each shelf in our pantry was haphazardly stacked to the brim, kitchen chaos ensued! Vowing to have order in my adult life, I pledged to have my home “make sense”. The old adage, “A place for everything and everything in its place” has been my mantra. What I have recently discovered, however, has brought an amazing spark to my life, as it will to yours! Life is easier when everything is at your fingertips. You may know what is in the back of a cabinet…but now there’s a magical way to have it all in your visual space – with our ShelfGenie glide outs. These are life changers! I cannot wait to share my vision for your kitchen and bath with you. Design goes beyond aesthetics and has the capacity to change your life. -
Andrea Franklin
Designer
Andrea Franklin is a Professional Organizer, Stager and owner of My Divine Spaces. Since 2006, she has been offering professional, ethical and confidential services, to create or enhance the current organization system that’s in place. Andreas works individually with her clients to create methods and techniques that lead to a more orderly space. This leaves her customers satisfied by providing a systematic way of life, resulting in a savings of time and money. Andrea is always looking for great products and new & innovating ideas of simplifying her client’s lives. She discovered ShelfGenie where she found a perfect solution to the challenge most of her clients experience (the blind corner). It was love at first site. Impressed with the sturdy structure, and ability to obtain items that were normally out of reach, she was sold. From that point on she referred her clients to ShelfGenie for easy access needs in kitchen, garage, offices and bathrooms. Years later in 2016 she decided to join the team as a designer. -
Remy Williams

Remy joined the ShelfGenie team as an Installer after several years of experience working as a Handyman. Originally from Michigan, Remy lived in Hawaii for several years where he built a mini home from scratch and ran a Sod Farm. He relocated to NoVa in 2019 to be closer to family. With a newborn son, Remy doesn’t get to enjoy a whole lot of free time. He does play in a basketball league twice a week, loves building custom woodworking projects, snowboarding, spending time with his two nieces, and is looking forward to introducing his son to the NBA, NFL, and especially college football. -
